    I did Peace Corps in Micronesia. This was among the more palatable things to eat.
    (Sidebar…my brother’s going-away present to me was an autographed copy of Mike Nelson’s Mind Over Matters!)

    You can get musubi molds from the Wal-Mart in Kona. That’s where I got mine when I was visiting my sister there several years ago. I’ll bet they can be ordered online, too…

    THAT REMINDS ME OF THOSE SPAM BITES THEY HAD AT THE STATE FAIR-ANYONE EVER SEEN THOSE? THEY LOOKED SICK-DEEP FRIED SPAM BALLS SERVED W/ DIPPING SAUCE!!
