I dare you to watch this video:
(I found it on the blog I praised here.) I have to say, the spiced pancetta-like result seem pretty darn good to me, especially after it’s been shaved.

I suppose it it isn’t alive and it isn’t human flesh, I can roll with it. Love the little disposable razor.

Yay pig! Anthony Bourdain and I are of a like mind - Pig Is Good, and knowing from whence your dinner comes from gives you a level of respect for your groceries that mega-marts shield one from. That, and Beer Is A Side Dish….
What’s your beer of choice when paired with pork?

Meh.
My uncle raised pigs on his farm, so I’m used to that kind of stuff. Seeing him take a hacksaw to a deer head to cut the top of the skull/antlers off when I was in 1st grade was nothing weird.

I have been wondering about making pigs head, ever since I spotted them for sale at Valley Harvest, an international grocery store that’s about a half mile from me. It’s fun to learn, because knowlege is power!
That would make a really cool surprise Xmas dinner for me to serve to my mom.;)

There are women in Beverly Hills paying good money for that same service. I think Liz Taylor might have actually gone to a 5 Star Cordon Bleu chef. Joan Rivers looks like she hired an illegal from KFC.

I love the expression of shocked outrage on the creature’s face. this clip reminded me of the band Eater’s performance in The Punk Rock Movie. the footage is grainy, and takes awhile to get to the performance, but their guest prop is- a pig’s head.

of course, sometimes a pig’s head is just a pig’s head.

Just gathering a bunch of kids and making that would be the coolest halloween haunted house ever.
You don’t even need any witches that pop out or those stupid bowl that grab at you, just a pigs head you debone.

Ah, a “Make Your Own Meat Puppet” video.
Either that, or it’s that video Kermit the Frog received that make threats on Miss Piggy’s life.

I could just barely stomach the opening still shot, so I’m thinking I’ll pass on hitting play.
I’m the epitome of hypocritical carnivores: I’ll eat flesh, as long as I’m not reminded I’m eating flesh. ‘:P

I watched a wee bit and I was not too pleased by seeing a pigs head turn into a sow’s purse. (metpharocially speaking). I felt ralphish, so I said I would pass.

Well, Mike, that’s certainly distubed me more than Meatspin ever did! And on a family friendly website, too! Quite the turnabout!
On the other hand, “shave the pig” is quite honestly the most disarmingly nonchalant and unintentionally hilarious recommendation for preparing a pig’s head as a meal for a long time! Catchphrase ahoy!

Recently one of my friends started an obsession with the actor Nicholas Cage (mostly because their names are both Nicholas - sounds strange but he is strange and that isn’t the point). After asking around the rest of my friends he seems to be a very controversial figure.
What does the forum think? do you love the all action superhero? Or do you hate the droning voice of the man who does nothing but action shooters?

How many times you eat during a normal … every day life?
are you the type of person who eats a bit and often?
or rarely and too much?
i usually have 3 and i’m the 2nd type of person (though it’s not that healthy)
8 am breakfast
3pm lunch
9pm a snack.
