    Dear god….th-those children……th-th-they are….th-th-they are…

(before I could reveal their identities, the children crash throught the roof of my house and attack me. I desperatly try to fend them off with my keyboard, but to no avail as they hold me down, rip open my chest cavity, and feast on my innards……damn, I should’ve ran)

What’s nice about this video is that you can fold up all the beings in it, and stuff them into the fireplace as kindling for the Yule log.

  • 5 Nick Fechter on Dec 13, 2008 at 5:30 pm

You can not kill that which eats human souls…..

  • 6 Darth Chimay on Dec 13, 2008 at 5:31 pm

…unless they decide to flip into 3D. It’s the only way they can get Bowser to join up with them.

  • 7 Laura on Dec 13, 2008 at 5:38 pm

They have no feet. Or any fingers. How did they move?!? How did they grab and open?!? Impossible!

  • 8 Nick Fechter on Dec 13, 2008 at 5:47 pm

(William Patrick Corgan Jr. runs through the snow covered streets in a state of pure terror, the child that gave him the toy plane immediatly bit his nose off afterwards. After smelling the scent of fresh blood the other children immediatly closed in for the kill. William managed to barely escape with his life, and unfortunately nobody would help him because without his nose he had a frightening resemblence to Lord Voldemort. William finally ducks into an ally to rest)

William: *pants erratically* Okay….I think I’ve lost them.

(William looks at a disgarded mirror that’s propped-up on the wall across from him, and to his horror he sees the reflect of one of the children staring back at him)

    William: OH GOD NO!!!

(William turns around to confront the child that was supposedly behind him, but sees no one. He then looks back at the mirror and still sees the child staring back at him)

Child of the Damned: I’m coming for you…..

(The Child reaches through the mirror and grabs William, pulling him into the dark nether-region from which there is no return)

    Whoa!…Good Lord I scared myself! 8(

I’ve seen some bad treatment of santa-claus over the years (I’m lookin’ at you Tim Allen) but that had to be THE MOST insulting portrayal of Santa Claus yet!

Sprint, I’m sending the children after you….

  • 12 chrismartindeed on Dec 13, 2008 at 6:24 pm

    SPOILER ALERT!

They’re giving away the plot to the next X-Men movie.

  • 13 BEMaven on Dec 13, 2008 at 6:26 pm

Because they are all children of Gort.

    Run faster.

  • 14 BEMaven on Dec 13, 2008 at 6:35 pm

    Or children of EVE.

    Mreeeeeee!

    DIRECTIVE.

    (Keeping running!)

Dear God Nick! Are you trying to give everyone nightmares till the New Year?! (Says the faceless victim of the evil fingerless Children of the Damned)

  • 16 Eddie the Colton on Dec 13, 2008 at 10:03 pm

Haha… Jesus. The girl disappointed with the Zwan album is priceless. And the kid with the REM poster.

I’m sorry, was I supposed to be like everyone else and NOT get that it was meant to be funny? Um, uh… bah, humbug!

  • 17 Laura on Dec 14, 2008 at 12:05 am

Oh it was funny, we’re just trolling :) .

  • 18 Brian O. on Dec 14, 2008 at 4:13 am

So is Billy Corgan playing “The Little Xmas Globe That Wasn’t” in this? Maybe he should cut down the albedo factor of his skull a bit.

In the meanwhile, in the Pacific NW, we just got bombed with a bit of snow. Just enough to make the Swedes in Ballard who thought “Yah, just a bit too cold ‘ere!” in Wisconsin and Minnesota feel homesick, and makes me homesick for the lake effect snow in upstate NY. Overall, however, just enough to make things Christmassy.

  • 19 Bill Corbett on Dec 14, 2008 at 7:01 am

“I’m sorry, was I supposed to be like everyone else and NOT get that it was meant to be funny?

Big assumption. Don’t make me invoke the Ass Out of U and Me rule.

  • 20 Nick Fechter on Dec 14, 2008 at 8:22 am

That’s great that you get snow! I live in northern Louisiana, so the last time I’ve seen snow was when Bill Clinton was still in office.

*Sigh* Oh well, at least we still have those little Cajun noise makers that go “Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeei!!!!”

  • 21 Laura on Dec 14, 2008 at 8:53 am

    Yay snow!

It actually rained up here in MN this morning : \. Hopefully it’ll get colder today and we’ll get more snow than sleet :D .

  • 22 Ben on Dec 14, 2008 at 9:45 am

Feh. I see this video and raise you one “Santa Claus Conquers the Martians”. A grade Z movie with Pia Zadora trumps the catharsis of a Billy Corgan video everytime.

  • 23 BEMaven on Dec 14, 2008 at 9:59 am

You people should cut the bald fellow some slack.

At this most wonderful time of the year, I usually flashblack to Christmas 1975. In fact, I’ve been flashing back to that particular year since 1963,

Except in 1975, when I flashed forward to the year 2929.

  • 24 Nick Fechter on Dec 14, 2008 at 10:32 am

    That made my brain hurt….

Corgan kid of looks like a hairless Grinch, doesn’t he?

    Opps, I ment “kind of”…not “kid of”…Sorry.

  • 28 A Slightly Disturbed Christmas » Needcoffee.com on Dec 14, 2008 at 2:59 pm

[...] of “White Christmas,” your friend and mine, Bill Corbett (that’s him in the corner petting a ham), posted this odd music video and it inspired today’s theme. A theme that made even less sense as we went [...]

  • 29 Geena on Dec 14, 2008 at 3:51 pm

That Billy Corgan is so creepy. He should totally be a villain in a Star Trek movie.

    Oh, wait. That already happened.

  • 30 norgavue on Dec 14, 2008 at 4:11 pm

Wow just scary… Least their was a happy ending…. well an ending anyways.

  • 31 Eddie the Colton on Dec 14, 2008 at 4:33 pm

But Bill… riffing things that are already funny? You’re dangerously close to becoming a riffaholic enabler! What’s next, riffing RiffTrax?

  • 32 Nick Fechter on Dec 14, 2008 at 4:53 pm

No you were right, he’s deffinitely the kid of the Grinch. He manages to walk amongst the rest of humanity by shaving off his grey hair on a regular basis….

  • 33 Brian O. on Dec 14, 2008 at 6:46 pm

I remember that well, actually, when I was briefly living in Atlanta. I thought they wouldn’t get any snow at all, but they got buried in a foot at the most. Got some winter driving skills navigating that in early 93.

  • 34 Brian O. on Dec 14, 2008 at 6:48 pm

I consider that doubtful, since Mike did writing for the MST3K riffs on it.;)

  • 35 SenseiRebel on Dec 14, 2008 at 10:54 pm

Hey guys, I’d just like to know why every reader tries to be funny in every comment on this blog. I’ve never seen this before. Is everything a joke with you? I bet even my comment will garner humorous responses. Geez you ppl are not MST3K and you shouldn’t be trying to riff everything.

  • 36 Nick Fechter on Dec 15, 2008 at 5:12 am

Uh, I think that’s the whole point of the blog, to crack jokes so that others will laugh and have a reason to revisit the blog. You can go ahead and NOT be funny if you want, but don’t try to discourage anyone else from having some fun.

  • 37 Laura on Dec 15, 2008 at 10:31 am

^^ You just reminded me…. My cousin in SC said they got an inch last year and all the schools (even college) were closed, people were hoarding food like it was the end of the world.
    I am not kidding.

  • 38 Ben on Dec 15, 2008 at 12:26 pm

No, really. Corgan is actually laughable, but knowing Zadora’s future career, it is just sad seeing her as a moppet.

  • 39 Brian O. on Dec 15, 2008 at 5:52 pm

Well, we still have remaining snow, more to come on Wednesday apparently, and ice is everywhere you look. Almost threw out my trick knee twice slipping, but it was still safer to walk than to drive in these conditions.

I tell ya, Washington State doesn’t know squat about dealing with snow, even though they get it at least once a year. They only sanded the main streets, leaving the cross streets alone (guess what cross street traffic goes into when they have no way to stop? Main streets! Ingenious!).

  • 40 Brian O. on Dec 15, 2008 at 5:53 pm

Actually, Zadora had a pretty good career, kinda like Celine Dion’s, marry some rich old dude, have him pay for your career and to bribe judges into giving you awards. She was Celine before Celine was even born.

  • 41 Nick Fechter on Dec 15, 2008 at 6:37 pm

    ………“Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeei!!!!”

  • 42 michael on Dec 15, 2008 at 7:18 pm

    MST3K?

No, no, no, no. This is more like those old guys sitting up in the balcony from the Muppet Show.

  • 43 Glyn on Dec 16, 2008 at 12:01 am

Ok, who in their right mind would pay that much for a Monogram model already put together? Also why weren’t there any copies of Britney’s CD “Circus” being passed around? Very suspicious!

  • 44 Geena on Dec 16, 2008 at 10:25 am

Oh, I dunno. MAYbe because RiffTrax is a comedy enterprise…?

Okay, fine. Starving babies = Not Cool.

    There. (Un)happy now?
